BlueFolder has numerous lists that appear throughout the application. Most of the values in the list are customizable. The following describes the value lists that you can customize:
Appears on customer records and some customer reports and is useful for categorizing your customers.
Appears on equipment records and equipment reports. Useful for categorizing the kinds of equipment your customers have.
Appears on customer records and is useful for identifying what industry your customers belong to.
Appears on customer location records, Work Orders, and some reports. Useful for grouping locations and jobs by geographic area.
Appears on Work Order records, Work Order lists, and some reports. Used to prioritize work by importance or severity.
Appears on Work Order records, Work Order lists, and some reports. Status values are used to control your service workflow. BlueFolder has two non-customizable status values: 'New' and 'Closed'. All other status values can be customized to match your company's workflow.
