  • serviceRequestID - (required) numeric, must match an existing Service Request in your account
  • userID - numeric, must match an existing User ID from your user list. Indicates the user the comment will be attributed to.
  • commentPrivate - string (no char limit), a comment not visible to your customer
  • commentPublic - string (no char limit), a comment visible to your customer
  • notifyCustomer - boolean, indicates if customer should receive an email notification of the new comment
