Service Dashboard

The service dashboard is designed for business owners and managers to get a quick snapshot of their entire business in BlueFolder. Only users belonging to the 'Administrator, Scheduler, Service Manager' roles can view this dashboard.

Sections in this dashboard:

  • Past Due
  • Today
  • Upcoming
  • Recent Activity
  • Open Work Orders Chart
  • Service Billing Graph

Past Due

What you'll see:

  • Open work orders that are past the specified due date
  • Customer Equipment having a 'Next Service Date' within the past 14 days
  • Contracts that have expired in the past 14 days


What you'll see:

  • Work orders that are due today
  • The total number of today's appointments for all of your users
  • The number of Incoming Requests (email) having a status of 'New' (each item is displayed as a hyperlink that will take you to a detailed view)


What you'll see:

  • Work orders assigned and/or due for tomorrow
  • Equipment due for service within the next 30 days
  • Contracts due to expire within the next 30 days

Recent Activity

What you'll see:

  • Work orders created today
  • Work orders closed today
  • A log of recent activity by all of your users (this displays log entries such as labor entered, status changes, creation of new work orders, etc.)

Open Work Orders Chart

This chart shows a quick representation of your open work orders arranged by status. You can access the Work Orders list by clicking on the horizontal bars.

Service Billing Graph

If you use BlueFolder to track billing, this graph will display your current month's service billing amount, along with a graph of the past 5 months. You can access prior month service billing detail by clicking on the appropriate vertical bar in the graph.
