Original BlueFolder Team Acquires Rights to BlueFolder Product from Dell

BlueFolder Software, Inc. will assume responsibility from Dell Software for the BlueFolder and PacketTrap PSA product offerings effective July 8, 2014.

Dell Software has signed an agreement with BlueFolder Software, Inc. under which BlueFolder Software has agreed to provide all support for BlueFolder and PacketTrap PSA, including all operations, ongoing support, billing, updates, and enhancements effective 8:00am PDT on July 8, 2014.

BlueFolder Software was founded by the prior core team members of BlueFolder, including management, development and support. They are excited to re-connect with existing customers, many of whom they have worked with for years, and they have communicated to us that they are already planning new updates and enhancements to your service.  Look for more information soon on new support and updates from BlueFolder.

You will continue to have access to your BlueFolder or PacketTrap PSA account as before. Your subscription will continue to renew under an agreement between you and BlueFolder Software with essentially the same terms as currently offered by Dell, and effective with your next monthly, or other, renewal term, will be billed by BlueFolder Software, Inc.
