Added descriptive icons to the event boxes on the new calendar.
After dragging an unassigned work order onto the calendar from the sidebar list, the work order now disappears from the list.
Work Order List Improvements
Added a "Latest Update" column that shows the most recent update to each work order in the list, along with when the update happened and who initiated it. You can sort the list by this new column, making it easy to see work orders that were recently updated, or not updated in a long while. The contents of this column are not searchable.
In addition to the new "Latest Update" column, there is an optional "Latest Update" pop-up panel that appears over the list when hovering the mouse pointer over the work order number or description text (note: this doesn't work on touchscreen devices). The popup panel contains basic work order information along with the latest update to the work order. This panel is optional and can be enabled/disabled from the work order list's customization dialog.
Other Work Order Improvements
Added the ability to have multiple contacts on a work order. The "main" work order contact continues to work as it always has, but now you can add as many additional contacts as desired. This feature will only be available in certain price plans, and also must be turned on in Settings > General > Work Orders > Fields. Each additional contact added to the work order will receive customer email notifications, just like the main contact does.
A new option has been added to recurring jobs that allows you to automatically update the "Next Service Date" for all equipment items associated with the recurring job. This option can be turned on in the "Equipment to Service" section of the recurring job when creating or editing the job.
Improved work order cloning by making the cloning options more visible and easier to use.
When adding or editing a new work order in the mobile app, the customer dropdown list is now searchable.
Other Improvements
Add paging to the contacts list within a customer record.
The mobile app search results are now shown in reverse order (newer results at the top).
Improved the billing options to display the QuickBooks Web Connector download and installation instructions only after the billing system type has been saved.
An alternate invoice print layout has been added that is specifically designed for invoices that have multiple work orders. Reach out to our support team if you want to activate the alternate layout for your invoices.
