Invoice Management Improvements

  • Safer Invoice Deletion Workflow
    Users can now only delete paid invoices after they’ve been voided or refunded. To help prevent accidental deletions, users are required to manually enter the invoice number as a confirmation step. This is especially important since deleting an invoice will also delete its associated payment and service request log entries. An internal log will capture the deletion details, including the user and amount.
  • Improved Error Messaging When Invoicing
    We’ve made improvements to the invoice creation UI. If you attempt to create an invoice for a service request that’s already been fully invoiced, you’ll now see a clearer, more descriptive error message instead of a generic one.

Mobile App Enhancements

  • Editable Tax Code on Service Requests
    You can now edit the tax code on service requests directly in the mobile app.
  • Default Date on New Labor Items
    When adding labor items in the mobile app, the date will now default to the current date for faster entry.

General Improvements

  • Service Request List Sorting Fix
    Resolved an issue with sorting by the "Status Last Updated" column on the service request list.
  • Miscellaneous Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements
    Various under-the-hood improvements and bug fixes to enhance stability and performance across the platform.

Email Configuration Changes

  • Custom Email Address Feature Sunset
    The ability to use a custom email address for outgoing messages has been removed due to deliverability issues with major email providers. Accounts that haven’t previously configured this feature will no longer have access to it. Existing accounts using this feature will retain access, but if it is turned off, it will no longer be available.
