Release Notes - 2025.012

This update includes improvements across Work Orders, Calendar scheduling, and QuickBooks integration. We have added clearer billing indicators when cloning Work Orders, more accurate service request data, improved calendar visibility, and enhanced mobile compatibility. We’ve also fixed a bug affecting customer creation and made several performance and performed multiple reliability upgrades behind the scenes.

Work Orders

  • Cloning a Work Order We have improved the interface when cloning a work order, If the billing information doesn’t match the customer’s default, it will now be clearly highlighted in order to reduce confusion and save time.

  • Latest Update list accuracy Hovering over a Work Order now gives you up-to-date insights at a glance.The Work Order list has been improved to increase speed and pull the most up-to-date information when viewing the latest log entry while hovering over a Work Order.

  • New Customer Phone number requirement Resolved a bug where customers couldn’t be added from a Work Order if a the main phone number was required.

Calendar

  • All-day slot visibility The all-day slot on the new calendar interface now displays the more details of an item in the all-day slot on the calendar. This allows you to see more information at a glance without having to click on each event.

  • Drag-and-drop reliability We’ve fine-tuned drag-and-drop functionality for a smoother, more reliable scheduling experience.

QuickBooks

  • Invoice transfers that require tax codes Improved the workflow so invoices that need tax codes transfer more reliably to QuickBooks.

Mobile

  • Android app SDK update The Android app now targets the latest Android SDK for improved compatibility and platform support.

  • Various performance and reliability fixes
