This update introduces improvements across Service Requests, Customer Management, Equipment Tracking, and Document Handling. We have added new AI capabilities, enhanced reporting options, improved data filtering, and addressed several usability issues.


Service Requests

AI Summarizer

A new AI-powered summary feature has been added to summarize the work performed on a Service Request in your account. This feature will use AI to provide a concise overview of the ticket and refreshes automatically when details change.

Date Filtering

The Service Request list now default to the last 24 months. This change significantly improves performance by reducing query size and optimizing database access. Users can still select “All Time” for full history when needed, but the default filter ensures faster load times and better responsiveness for large accounts.

Attachments in Web Request Form

Customers submitting requests through the web form can now upload files such as PDFs, images, and documents without logging into the portal. This allows them to provide additional context for the work to be performed. All uploaded files are scanned for malware, and the interface flags any files that contain malicious content before they can be accessed.


Customer Management

Custom Fields in Quick Customer Create

All customer custom fields now display when adding a new customer from a Service Request. This enhances the quick-add functionality by providing more data entry options without leaving the workflow.


Equipment

Warranty Dashboard and Reporting

A new dashboard widget shows warranty status for equipment (Under Warranty, Expiring soon, Expired). The accompanying Equipment Warranty Report allows customers to quickly identify which assets need attention from a warranty perspective, helping them plan service and replacement activities more effectively. An optional “Warranty Expiration” column has also been added to the Equipment List for at-a-glance visibility.


Other Fixes and Minor Enhancements

  • Phone number formatting restored for US numbers when creating a customer from a Service Request.
  • Tax status display updated for clarity when customers are tax-exempt.
  • Fonts standardized across printed and emailed templates for consistent appearance.
  • Other minor bug fixes and enhancements
