This release includes faster performance for common workflows, and fixes for calendar and scheduling, image attachments, and QuickBooks. You can now see more reliable calendar behavior, and avoid several past issues.
What's New
Relaxed AVS for Card Payments
When using BlueFolder Pay, you can now choose a billing setting that relaxes address verification when the billing address and ZIP code do not match. This can reduce declines for valid card-not-present transactions. Turn this on in Settings → Billing if you want to accept more payments when address details differ.
Location History in the Mobile App
The mobile app now shows location history for service requests, making it easier to see where work was performed.

Calendar and Scheduling
- Group filter: Editing a calendar event while a group filter is active no longer removes assignees. The assignee dropdown now shows which users are included in the active filter.
- Unscheduled work: The calendar's service request list now includes a "Since" filter so you can filter unscheduled work by creation date (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days).
- Recurring jobs: Recurring job events are labeled more clearly in the mobile calendar, and "More Details" links are available for assignments and appointments.
- Calendar tooltips: Fixed incorrect display and errors on the service request billing page tooltip that could cause display issues.
Image Attachments
- Image attachments not displaying: Images were not loading when filenames contained unusual spaces or control characters. The system now normalizes filenames and handles these characters so attachments display correctly.
Other Fixes
- Default labor rate: When creating assignments, you can set a default labor rate that applies to new assignments.
- Assignee picker: Deactivated employees no longer appear in assignee dropdowns when creating work orders from customer or equipment records.
- Duplicate location import: Duplicate locations are no longer created when importing location data.
- Deleting service requests: Deleting a service request from the mobile app no longer causes redirect errors or incorrect navigation.
- QuickBooks invoice transfer: Invoices that failed to transfer to QuickBooks due to blank or special characters in website fields now transfer correctly.
- Minor Fixes, Improvements and Enhancements: This release also includes performance fixes, routine maintenance updates, and security improvements designed to keep the platform stable, secure, and ready for daily field operations.
